Very challenging book! Things that you never thought as offfenses actually are, and boy, does that put a whole new slant on life! It has a workshop bit to do at the back if you fancy it, but it's not compulsory. All in all, a life and attitude changing read!

i read this book some time ago and it changed my life completely,once i realized the truth that Offense is a trap. I resist it all the time now, and the devil has no foothold in my life.
