Classic Swingball is a perennial family favourtie, which is great fun for players of all ages and ideal for use in the garden or on the beach. Swingball is a great way to develop hand-eye co-ordination in younger players and is also ideal to play as a family. Teenagers and adults will enjoy hitting a real tennis ball at full whack in truly competitive matches. You don't even have to worry about the ball disappearing over the neighbours fence, with the tennis ball tethered to the Swingball spiral these problems are long gone!!
Height adjustable up to 1.6 metres (5' 3") the pole can be broken down into 3 sections for easy transport and storage. Classic Swingball comes complete with 2 durable Checkerbats (265g approx) which are able to resist the demands of even the most enthusiastic players.
How do you play?
A game starts with the tether in the middle of the Swingball spiral. With two players each player takes turns to hit the ball, one players hitting the ball clockwise, the other anti-clockwise. The ball flies around the pole and the tether moves up and down the spiral. The winner is the player to reach the top, or the bottom, of the spiral first.

A real blast from the past toy that continues to have timeless appeal!!!. A simple and far from bank breaking garden toy that provides endless entertainment, it can be played both in pairs aswell as alone, it improves co-ordination skills in addition to improving general fitness. I had one of these sets over 20 years ago and had endless fun with it then as does my daughter with it now which goes to show how it's appeal continues and as a bonus us grown-ups are still not too big to play on it too!!!!!.

Fantastic service, excellent quality and fun for all ages including the grandparents. Best money I have spent in a very long time! Kids have spent hours of fun even in the rain and it gets them away from computer screens so its a win win situation. I highly recommend this toy for all ages.

This really is a blast from the past but having purchased the kiddies versions (in a box) my 5-year old needed something much more durable. Having researched extensively I knew the spike in the ground was the answer. His aunt bought this for his birthday and even now (November) he spends hours in the garden. We've had so much family fun with our swingball - highly recommended.

Mookie classic swingball
