NEWDISEASE released the self-financed debut 'AXIOMATIC' EP thru the independent ChangesOne record label in May 2003 - recorded with producer John Fryer (Nine Inch Nails,H.I.M) at Universal Music studios London. Includes 5 tracks plus mpeg video.
About the Artist
NEWDISEASE were formed in early 2002 by TRICKY guitarist Mark Gemini Thwaite and vocalist Lee Bane. Bassist Richard Adams and former ONE MINUTE SILENCE drummer Eddie Stratton complete the lineup. The band made their live debut in Sep'02 with a string of UK shows, including supports with H.I.M, Prong and Serafin in 2003. The band recorded with producer John Fryer (Nine Inch Nails, H.I.M) in Spring 2003 for the debut AXIOMATIC EP released May'03 to critical acclaim. New Disease signed a worldwide deal with Universal Records in New York in Jan'04. David Bottrill (Tool, Muse, Godsmack) produced the band's debut single 'Like Rain', due for release April 2004. the bands debut album is also to be produced by Bottrill.
