The Guardian just called this a timely downsizing horror movie. Spot on. At this time of serious cutbacks it's no big surprise that we get a thriller about a ruthless banker who deals with being sacked by cutting down on his assets, one by one, starting with his wife and kids.
Basically 'The Shining' meets 'American Psycho' on a tight budget and with a complete lunatic in the lead role! You'll guess the end but it's still worth a watch.
Special Features: Maxed - a well put together 30 minute 'Making Of' dealing with the trials and tribulations of shooting an indie pic in the UK.

This British thriller is quite well executed, and so are most of the cast by the end!! The leading man has just the right amount of menace as someone pulled over the edge by the loss of his job in these lean economic times.Nicely acted with some comic moments, I enjoyed this film and would reccomend it.

Why was this film not axed?
I'm sorry to say this but: Terrible acting, really bad, it must have had the smallest budget ever. I honestly could have made a much better film, infact I mean to now.
