Christianity is nothing without communication. But how effective are our churches at communicating? Although most preachers concentrate on what they will say to their congregation, it's not what they say that people will remember. Research has shown, the author says, that listeners give 7% weight to what is said, 38% weight to the sound of the voice, and 55% weight to the facial movements.
