Mark Coleman has written a book that is extremely accessible for beginners to meditation as well as providing original insight for the more experienced practitioner.

The book reminds us to appreciate nature and the world around us and to incorporate everyday experiences of nature into our meditation practice.

Mark's easy style and reference to personal experiences make it a very enjoyable and insightful read.

This beautifully crafted book by Mark Coleman is a pleasure to read. Written in 'bite size' chapters, it an ideal guide for meditation beginners. For those more experienced there is the pure enjoyment of experiencing the sights, sound, smells and emotions that Mark's writing evokes. This book is a 'must have' for all those interested meditation and in the beauty of our world.
