Great underrated album for any fan of 80s rock

First, before I review the album, I want to warn potential buyers that Amazon has some incorrect product information listed which I will correct here. The album is from 1986, not 1979, and the track listing should appear as follows:

Now for this album. Aviator, not to be confused with the 70s group with Jack Lancaster, is a little-known band from the 80s that made this above-average album in 1986. Features the excellent guitar playing and strong, growly singing that should please Aerosmith fans, along with catchy hooks and background instrumentation that give it the pop sensibility that might please fans of artists like Journey or Huey Lewis. Good no matter which way you look at it, and certainly worth hunting down.

Wow! To think that I bought this album from the band back in 1990 or so. This is the best unknown band I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. Not only is Ernie White the best lead guitarist but he is a great songwriter. The songs on this album rock like you would not believe! If you are a fan of hard rockin', hard workin' bands buy this CD. And if you're ever in Jersey look to see if The Ernie White Band is playing then run don't walk to see them!

If not for more then a few shaddy record contracts Ernie White would probably be known by many as one of the best lead gutarist ever.If you like 70s Rock youll be suprised that most of the songs on this CD didnt make it to the radio play list.
