This beautifully presented book brings together many aspects of the current research connected to Avebury and other local prehistoric monuments. It presents the findings in a clear and logical manner, exploring other sites and offering plausible explanations for many of the mysteries. An excellent introduction for anyone interested in this magical village in the heart of mythical Wessex.
