I bought this software only to find I couldn't get it to load on my computer. I went onto the support website as directed to on the box, looked at the frequently asked questions section and could find no mention of this problem. I emailed them requesting support but I'm still waiting for an answer. I decided to check out the review on Amazon.com and found I was far from the first to have had this difficulty and none of the reveiwers were provided with a solution either. So I would stay away from Tune Tools if I were you.

This software is a sick joke. Nothing works !!!! Trouble loading then it will not detect the
i pod !! At this point gives nothing but NULL errors. Unistalled then tried three reloads.
Still NO improvement. There is no real time software support -- telephone or e mail.
The company is in New Mexico USA !!!! Returned for a refund as the software is enept

Though it downloaded Ok, I just couldn't get this software to work, just didn't recognise my ipod when it was connected. customer service ti totally non-existant and website no use whatsoever. Useless
