I have been using this product for about 2 months. I have long hair and don't like to cut it much so inevitably I get a lot of split ends. I started using this product right as I was about to finally go to the salon for a trim however I had to travel for a month and was not able to get my hair cut. When I was finally getting ready to go to the salon I realized that 90% of my spit ends were gone!!! It has to be because of this shampoo and conditioner. I highly recommend!

I was given the shampoo, instead of the conditioner. It really sucked, as you can imagine how it is when you wash your hair without conditioner.. Otherwise the shampoo was pretty good.
