Most importantly - and up front - be assured that this product does exactly what it claims. You will end up with a wet-look glossy finish to your paintwork which attracts admiring glances. Furthermore, because it is a wax there are no leftover white streaks or spots.
However the final finish will only be as good as the preparation work you put in BEFORE applying. This product is a wax and it contains no solvents or cleaners - so the surface you apply it to must be free of imperfections. It will not even remove those round waterspots you get if you wash in sunshine and forget to chamois down.
For those who want a concours finish I would recommend thourough washing by hand, followed by a careful going over with Atoglym's clay bar product which will remove old polish residues, tar, bugs, etc, etc and leave the surface clean and smooth as glass. Then apply this wax.
If this is too much work for a Sunday morning then try the next best thing which in my opinion is Autoglym Ultre Deep Shine which does contain a mild solvent cleaner and can be applied in one shot.

I have previously only used polishes on my car, but never a wax like this. I have to say, I am really impressed with the results. I am a bit of a car perfectionist, so am really pleased with this. It is a bit tough to rub off once dried on the car, but it is worth the elbow grease.
My car now beads water beautifully, and my car looks clean still after a week and a half, as the dirt does not stick to the paint as easily, and the rain keeps taking the dirt away. It also looked really shiny immediately after applying the wax.
Also, the tub looks small, but you do not need to use a lot. I think one tub will last me a very long time, as my first use on the car has used very little.
If you want your car to look its best and protect the paint, you should buy this.

You can spend silly money on wax, going into the thousands of pounds where you employ "a man" to come and apply the wax by hand, after a 2-3 day detail progame, to your pre-war Bugatti or bespoke Hypercar.
Or...like the majority of us you want the best wax possible without having to use a credit card! This stuff is the ticket if used correctly and a pot will last even the geekiest of car detailers/cleaners a hell of a long time to get through. Mine is already almost 18 months old and I like to keep my car in tip-top condition.
Yes, the applicator isn't the easiest to get used to, however just make sure its damp and make sure to leave the wax for at least 30mins before you buff off. It really does last for weeks and weeks and gives a lovely deep 'wet' shine to the cars bodywork.
