a really lovely book for women, it really encourages you to apreciate yourself and love yourself. there are some exercises (mental visualisations and meditations) that I reccommend that you do, becuase they make you feel wonderful afterwards. I have also lost 10lbs since reading this book, I have been more motivated to look after myself properly.
I have bought a couple of extra copies to give to friends, given one away already and she loved it too.
I can't reccommend this book enough, buy it, give yourself some tome out, read it and do the exercises, and you will feel magica afterwards.
