These are good quality hand wraps, slightly elasticated and very long (4.5 metres).
I bought these wraps after purchasing a pair of Everlast boxing wraps from argos. I do most of my product shopping online, however needed a pair that day and stupidly got the measurements wrong. When I tried the Everlast wraps they were far too short (2.5 metres) and barely offered any additional protection. In attempting to wrap my wrist and knuckles, the wraps would end up untidy and slipping off when I removed the gloves.
So I came back to amazon with my tail between my legs and after looking around decided to buy these. First of all, for less than £5 these are great value. I got red ones which were cheaper, but the colour is really a secondary concern to me. The wraps, unlike the everlast ones were ever so slightly elasticated. This keeps them tighter and compresses your hands (but doesn't cut off circulation!). Personally I prefer the feel of elasticated wraps better, but it is really down to individual choice. The fact that the wraps are elastic also means that the velcro strap doesn't stick to any part of the material, unlike the everlast ones which were bobbled and being pulled apart by me having to constantly detatch them.
The length is also a major plus, the description is wrong and the length is actually 4.5metres. This is a good length as there is plenty of scope to do as much as you want with whatever style you are using to wrap your hands.
Lastly, the wraps come in a convenient see through plastic case. I know it doesn't sound like the biggest selling point in the world, but it makes it much more convenient. With the Everlast wraps I had to store them rolled up with the thumb loops in the centre and velcro outside (to keep them coming apart) which makes putting the wraps on more fiddly with a big tail of wrap having to be constantly passed around your arm. But these wraps I can roll up with the velcro inside and the thumb loop outside and the case stops them coming apart. It means that I can then put the wraps on easily by unrolling them around my hands and wrist. It just makes it slightly more convenient.
This review is a bit long for what the product actually is, but I was impressed with these considering the big brand version was actually pretty poor by comparison. For less than a fiver, these do the job perfectly. I can't comment on how long they will last, but for the price they seem sturdy enough.
