With a little commitment, the exercises work! 1 Jan 2005

It is true! the exercises in this book do work! Although I've owned this book for over 5 years it still remains a beautiful book, which the info on the charcteristics (personality) of the aura colours is very true. I can now see both colours & patterns. I also wrote a letter to Richard (author) 2 years ago & received a reply! He is a very nice guy! A very informative book & beginner friendly (but don't expect immediate results!) (I was much more sucessful in feeling the aura than actually "seeing" it in my initial experiments & the colours followed much much (as in years) later) YOU NEED TO BE DEDICATED TO WHAT YOU HOPE TO ACHEIVE. Never give up!

My daughter has just asked why she sees colours around people all the time. I couldn't answer her. But this book has given her her answers. Its easy to read without being over the top and explains why this could be happening to her.
