I thought I had written a review on this, but here we go again. My husband is from Barbados, so a true Bajan indeed, and I gave him this as a stocking present for Christmas, much to my horror, he loved this more than the expensive present I bought him, oh well I know what to do next year. But if your caribbean, you will love this sauce, I do too, and it beat's any Jamican Jerk Sauce anyday - up with BARBADOS I say. I would love to be able to purchase a larger bottle though, like the sell in Barbados itself, the sauce is sold in lemonade bottles. Yummy.

Very tasty pepper sauce, best I have found from the region, goes really well with most things and adds just the right amount of heat.

If you like having flavour in your food then this is the sauce to use. You can use this for all foods of all sorts, from sandwiches to stew or if you want to add it to everyday cooking this sauce will do it!!
