Although, as with all electronic appliances these days the parts are very 'delicate', the turntable is compact, and portable. The built in speakers are very good, considering how small they are, and it is easy to connect to an external source and/or speakers.

I am very impressed with the record player and the built-in speakers work great. It loses a star because of the noise the record player makes when it turns, and it is a nuisance when the song goes low volume and you can hear the turning; very annoying.

A little gem!When used on its own, a trifle reedy at full volume. However, when linked to my mini hi-fi system, I was very impressed. Although it cannot reproduce the depth of sound that my old massive system had, it does a very good job.
