Very easy to install. You need to be not too far from a window anyway. Managed to get a much better reception. Good looking.

Was very skeptical buying this as most indoor aerials are basically rubbish, this one is really good I'm happy to report. Position it near the window as instructed and you can receive lots of freeview channels. Fab stuff.

I, love to spend Sundays in bed watching the Eastender omnibus and flicking aimlessly through channels, last Sunday this all went wrong :( no reception, aerial had died!

After trying to find a freeview signal, using an old portable aerial I had lying around, with no success I started looking for aerials on Amazon. This one looked the business, small and flat (not much space in my bedroom) it fits nicely behind the TV.

When it arrived yesterday, it took no longer than a couple of minutes to set up, I ran a channel scan with the amplifier turned on and it found a shed load of channels, all of them crisper than when I'd just been watching analogue TV upstairs.

In summary, I'd recommend this aerial for anyone that needs to receive Freeview in their bedroom or even kitchen, but be warned it may lead to longer lay ins on Sundays :)

Hi, I purchased the tv aerial due to my kitchen tv aerial being damaged, rather large, and rubbish.
The aerial arrived very nicely packaged on specified delivery date. When I unboxed the the aerial it was presented in a nice looking box of its own.
on opening the box, all the contents were nicely contained within their own packaging, helping to keep them safe in transit. Once I removed all the components from their packaging, I had one very nice glossy black slimline aerial box 7"x6", one aerial cable approx. 24" ( very flexible ), one decent looking power adaptor with a cable 24", and a User manual in good plain English ( and other languages). This aerial really does complement my Tv and has freed me up a fair bit of worktop space. After a read of the instruction, I proceeded to connect the aerial lead to the aerial box as I did with the power lead. I then proceeded to connect the aerial cable to the Tv, plugged in the power supply at which point a very small blue light illuminated on the aerial box., Turned on tv and did a retune, finding many more TV and Dab radio station than I had previously. with no distortion, signal dropping out, or any other problems that I had with my old aerial (Perfect). for the purpose of the photos I have placed the aerial on top of Tv, however I will move it, as the manual advises a breathing space to alleviate it getting warm. I have not had to place the aerial near a window or door, as it is more than powerful enough to receive a digital signal (unlike my old one)
I am very happy with this purchase and the overall service I have received, and will have no second thoughts about buying more for the kids bedroom TVs.

I have purchased this at a reduced price

Since switchover I had three TV sets sitting useless in my two kids rooms and the kitchen. I'd already bought Freeview boxes for them all but the little aerials I had bought were next to useless... I decided I needed an amplified aerial to have any chance of bringing them all back to life and as this one has a money back guarantee, isn't too pricy and is compact enough to hide behind the curtains, TV or bed, I thought I'd give it a go. The first one I bought worked perfectly so I got three more, the wife and kids are happy and I get to watch football in the living room again. Result.

What more can you say except that this does exactly what you would imagine it to.

It's a breeze to set up, just connect to the mains and to your TV, find a good spot for it then leave it alone.

I do wish that the RF cable and mains wire were longer so that there was more flexibility in positioning it, but that's easily solved and not going to be an issue for everyone.

If you can place it near to a window (as the instructions recommend) it performs great.
Once I had it sitting on my window sill, it picked up every TV channel and radio station available in my area so I cant fault its abilities.
It's also a nice compact unit, unlike one I had previously which looked like some monstrosity from the 60's.

If you need an indoor aerial and can position it near your window, then you can't go far wrong with this It's definitely staying connected to my TV.

I did receive this item at discount, but that does not affect my review in any way.

I've always been a bit suspicious of internal aerials as it takes me back to those dodgy ones of years ago that never seemed to provide any reasonable sort of picture and were a very poor relation to the roof mounted type, however I was offered the opportunity to try this one at a reduced rate so i thought i'd give it a go ... Having recently bought a TV for my daughters bedroom primarily for her to watch DVD's but having no connection to the main aerial I gave this a try, with the aerial on the dressing table on tuning the TV it immediately picked up 70 channels and relocating it to the top of the wardrobe we got the lot 100+ with great picture quality.

It is also not too big and is more attractive that many other amplified aerials
