Hi,
If you like Riverside and Porcupine Tree you should definitely check out these guys. This is the part 1 of a 2 album concept.
Stand out track for me are: Ends where it starts, pretty darlin', The parttern, where everything's perfect.

Ground-breaking 2nd album delivers

Where to start? I guess people compare them a lot to Porcupine Tree? I never really listened to them very much. To me, Pink Floyd, Faith No More and Tool had a baby. And its a beautiful baby! The music is all very well blended. There's an excellent chemistry of guitar, drums, bass and keyboard. The vocals are very melodious and soulful. The album is very diverse; even within individual tracks, they take on different personae at times, ranging from a very uplifting and inspiring "Joy", "Where Everything's Perfect" to darker, more reflective tunes such as "Dorothy's Lament" or "Radiae", to heavier tracks such as "The Pattern" which should satisfy the taste of any fan of metal music. If you are open minded and a lover of music in general, I think you would enjoy this album. It's a new experience. Very original. I bought this album in January and have been listening to it with regularity for 4 months now and it still hasn't gotten old. Give it a try. I doubt you will be disappointed.
