Format: Paperback
Audience reception seems common sense to all of us. Indeed, it is. But why do we still do research on this subject? It is because we think it is common sense and we never have an in-depth thought and summary on it. Reading this book, you may have 'oh! I see.' poping up or even anchoring in your mind.

Some chapters are well written but some are long-winded.
