Professor Puri's starting point is the basis of behaviour in the chemistry of the brain and the many factors which influence this. By understanding behaviour at this level it is possible to see how hyperactivity can be reduced and concetration improved in a natural way that is in tune with the needs of the individual. He presents the results of two major studies, with which he has been involved, that demonstrate the effectiveness of a completely natural way to treat ADHD.

Arrived on time, brand new. Good information but too much technical study information. The summary chapter was the most valuable chapter as it actually gave practical advice

This review is from: Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: A Natural Way to Treat ADHD (Paperback)
A brilliantly written book that is easy to get to grips with. An easy read and very informative for anyone who would like to know more about the disorder or even those who wish to understand alternative treatments. Touching upon dietry needs for everybody, this book proves a valuable asset for anybody. This title aided my research assignment and rated high above all other of my chosen research items when critically analysed. Highly recommended for anyone and all levels although it might be a little 'too easy' for those studying a masters. None the less, still a worthy buy!
