Lifelong, I have been an avid student of maps and atlases and I am pleased with this volume. All maps are comfortable to read, easy to use, and very comprehensive. Earth images are beautiful and simply breathtaking. The Gazetteer of nations is brief, factual, and easy to use. The cultural and demographic information is extremely comprehensive, also. This is a book that can and should be used by children and adults alike.

I bought this book expecting it to be a good purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to find this atlas is amazing. This book is popular amongst friends who come over because it is just full of beautiful images, and amazing tidbits of information. Anyone who has an appreciation of amazing, accurate maps of the highest quality, then look no further, this book will not let you down.
