5.0 out of 5 stars Podiatry review, 6 Feb 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Text Atlas of Podiatric Dermatology (Paperback)
As a Podiatrist I found this book an excellent tool to support my clinical knowledge, observations and practice. It gives a brief overview of skin and nail anatomy, detailed assessment and pathologies sections along with surgical treatments and drug therapy. The authors discuss common and rarer skin and nail pathologies and give concise yet detailed information. They also describe how to distinguish those conditions that present similarly - this I found particularly useful. There are lots of fantastic colour photographs, summary charts and illustrations which support and break up the text. The text is well spaced and easy to read. Overall, very interesting and user friendly.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent introduction to skin disease of the foot., 4 July 2001
By A Customer
I bought this book because I have just started a dermatology clinic for foot disease. I have found the book useful to assist with the diagnosis of unusual conditions. The quality of photographs and supporting text is excellent.
