Product Description

Outdoor appreciation starts at an early age, and the boys Sprout 17 featuring exciting and bright new kids designs, are the perfect way to instill winter's wonder in young children ages 4 to 8. The smaller-sized Grom bindins are easy to use, with a steel rotating toe cord for strength and two straps and a soft, molded tongue for all-day comfort. The Molded V-Frame decks provide stability and durability for snowy play, with the functionality and effortless stride of an adult V-Frame shape. The Snowflake Molded Traction accompanies the steel toe crampon to give the Sprout 17 and Mini 17 excellent grip without excess metal, and your kids will love the snowflake and Atlas stamps left in the snow.

Buy these only if you want to put the snowshoe back on your child's foot every five steps 27 Dec. 2013
By E. Weber - Published on Amazon.com
These snowshoes simply don't stay on my son's foot. He walks out of them every few steps, making for an incredibly frustrating snowshoe outing. The design is seriously flawed. The front part of the binding (the toe box) is too narrow for most snow boots, and the back strap falls down, making it all to easy to step out of these snowshoes. For reference my son wears a size 13 (toddler size) and weighs about 45 lbs, so he is well within the intended size for this snowshoe.
