This is the next instalment of the Warriors of Poseidon series. I really enjoyed the previous books in this eries and I love the way the author weaves her romantic leads together. This book featured Christophe and his love interest Fiona. I especially loved the fact that this book was set in London. Both Christophe and Fiona were both searching for the Siren, a jewel from the sword called the Vanquish from the Tower of London as individuals before they team up (after Christophe blackmails Fiona). I have been looking forward to reading Christophe's story and I wasn't disappointed. He is a complex character but has met his match with Fiona. However, there was a details in the book that really annoyed me, and spoilt the book for me a little. It was the references to the currency in Britain being the euro. It isn't, hasn't been and really drives me mad. We still have pound sterling as our currency and it is a little irritating that we have been lumped together with the Eurozone. There is also a reference to the British being enemies of the Scots and that is also incorrect. The English were, not the British (Britain is a combination of England, Scotland and Wales). My moans aside, this book was really enjoyable and I enjoyed the other main characters of Declan (Fiona's brother) and Hopkins the butler.
This is an excellent series and I am really looking forward to the next instalment featuring Daniel, the ruler of the North American Vampires.
If I had been able to give the book four and a half stars (because of the inaccuracies) I would have.
