It is packed with a lot of useful information for the person following Dr. Atkins diet. The book has around 1,200 listings including listings of brand-name products, this makes it very useful especially when shopping. Grams of carbohydrate, protein and fat are listed for many popular foods. This book was designed as a companion to Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution book and is not really much use unless you are following the plan.
