The astrosaurs books are great for encouraging reluctant readers, especially boys in the 7-9 age group. They are exciting, with each chapter ending on a cliff-hanger, funny, contain dinosaurs and space and have 4 collectable cards with each book - what more could a young boy want? My son, who was not really interested in reading before, thoroughly enjoys them and I have recommended them to other parents.

The Sabre Tooth Secret is great especially chapter 7 with carnivores that eat plants. I am 7 and I love all the Astrosaurs books.

I think that the book is so exciting because at the end what you think about it is not what it really is. I've read all the Astrosaurs book's and all of them were really exciting. I hope you would like Sabre Tooth Secret like I did! I am 8 years old.
