Product Description

Captain Teggs is no ordinary dinosaur - he's an astrosaur! On the incredible spaceship DSS Sauropod, along with his faithful crew, Gypsy, Arx and Iggy, Teggs rights wrongs, fights evil and eats a lot of grass! The astrosaurs are on their way home for Christmas when they encounter millions of Christmas presents flying through space. Teggs and his crew are ordered to take the presents back to Santa Claus and his elfosaauruses. Little do they know, that all is not merry this Christmas on the North Pole star ...Can they track down whoever's determined to spoil Christmas?

About the Author

Born in 1971, Steve Cole spent a happy childhood in rural Bedfordshire being loud and aspiring to amuse. He liked books, and so went to the University of East Anglia to read more of them. Later on he started writing them too, with titles ranging from pre-school poetry to Young Adult thrillers (with more TV and film tie-ins than he cares to admit to along the way). In other careers he has been the editor of Noddy magazine, the voice of a Dalek and an editor of fiction and nonfiction book titles for various publishers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely brilliant!, 28 Nov 2007
This is one of the best books in the Astrosaurs series yet. It is about Teggs and his crew landing on a meteorite and foiling a plot laid by a stripy raptor called General Loki. This book is seriously funny and seriously exciting! (review is by Daniel, age 9).

Good service from this provider not used before. The book is a much lighter/shorter read but still good value.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great book!
I liked this book mainly because it was very funny. The funny bits were when Iggy gets a raptor for Christmas and when the wrapping robot goes wrong!(Reviewed by Leela age 6).

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!
This is another excellent Astrosaur story - fast moving, witty and claw-biting in places. A must-have for any fan of Capt Teggs - the stegosaur that puts Capt James T. Read more
