On a player disc ratio HD_DVD was outselling Blu-Ray by at least 10:1You don't have to be a mathematical genius to work this one out. And I must say when I read that world wide only about 700,000 HD-DVD players had been sold against 10 million playstation's and an estimated 2 million stand alone Blu-Ray units according to SONY I asked myself how on earth a sales statistic from 60 to 40 and sometimes almost 50 to 50.With a potential customer relationship of 12 million against 700,000 still resulting in a conservative 60 blu ray's to 40 hd-dvd's per 100 hd discs (ps the statistic also included all blu ray games sold),with a customer relationship way beyond 12 to 1 .!!!WOW If I was a film studio BOSS I would be asking myself if we maybe made the wrong decision to back blu-ray.But now it is to late to go back.
Just ignore him - he's trolling and inventing numbers - even if it were true it would mean almost twice as many blu ray discs were sold than hd-dvd discs given that he states that blu ray players outsold hd-dvd players by 18:1 - those are the numbers that mattered to the film studios
