As someone who suffered badly from Asthma as a child and whom still gets regular bouts of wheezing, I like to keep up with most of the new books that come out on the subject.

Even though this is just a series of relatively short tips, I found them both practical and useful, and there were a few tips in this book that I wasn't aware of - which is really helpful. Highly recommended.

I just got the Kindle version of this as my son has always had a few asthma problems. And I must say that, although the tips are very simple and to the point, there were many out of the 92 that I hadn't heard of or even considered! Highly recommended - especially the Kindle version as it's so cheap!
