A fantastic book that I would recommend to anyone. Whether beginner or advanced, this book is a must have. The book works through the Astanga's history, its benefits based on your body type and the basic principles. The book then goes on to explain in depth the primary series asana sequence. As with all of Tara's books, This book is extremely well written with great photography, making it very easy to follow the asana sequence.
I am sure, like me, after reading this book you will come away feeling inspired.
