I could not disagree more with another reviewer who says that there are no changes in this version and previous one.

On first site, it would seem so. However, this edition has an expert conultation available which can be activated, and updated web-sites that were not available during the previous edition.

The information in this book is well researced, and includes many new devices that were not available a few years ago. The BASIC ventilation of the neonate has not changd; however, the available help and information on the newest devices does make the book worth the money. This edition also has codes inide that allows the user access to searchable full text online.

Good book, but if you have the previous edition don't buy it. There is almost anything new in this new edition. Just few discussion on the CPAP chapter and pretty much the same as the previous edition with some improvement in the way of how is written and in the quality of the figures and graphics. A little bit disspointed. There is much that can be done to improve the quality of the chapters and also some color would be more appealing to the reader.
