This is a fantastic life changing book. I have read many books but this one is certainly one of the best books i've read. It's quite easy to understand and after you've read the concepts at the beginning about law of attraction you can then start the processes. I found that even carrying the book around with me had an effect on the flow of energy and vibration! My favourite process was the script process which is just magical because every script that i've written and wanted to happen literally happened!! It says have fun with the processes and treat them like games and that is exactly what they are and let the magic and beauty begin. You can definately have anything you want when you put your mind to it and this is exactly what the book teaches you. Have fun!!

If you feel that life is out of your control, meaningless, empty or boring - this book can help you make changes. Reading this book really will change the way you see the world, and if you do the exercises described in the book you will be as amazed at the results as I have been.The basis behind this book is that we totally create our own realities, and whether we create a happy reality - a happy life - or a difficult one, is down to the way we think and what we focus our attention on. This book explains how our emotions are actually great indicators of where our thoughts are focused (and therefore, what we are creating in our lives). This book explains that we live in a world where like attracts like: where the better it gets, the better it gets - and obviously, the worse it gets, the worse it gets. But the good news is we are not helpless victims in a cold and indifferent world: however 'bad' our lives might seem at the moment, by deliberately turning our attention to what we want (as opposed to focusing on what we DON'T want) we can literally change our lives. There are many books out there that explain about the law of attraction, but I believe this is one of the best in terms of its straightforward and comprehensive approach, with lots of 'real life' examples. Whether you are a newcomer to the idea of reality creation, or you are looking for greater understanding, I think this book will satisfy on all counts. Highly recommended.

I could actually give this book 10 stars. It is the best book on the law of attraction and believe me, I have read quite a few of these type of books over the years. But this one it really changed my life in many ways because it explains the law of attraction so well and in detail that I do find it so easy now to apply the law to everything. It is about directing your attention to the things you want in your life and dismissing thoughts about what you don't want. It is difficult in the beginning as we are used to concentrate on what we lack and feeling sorry and miserable, but with a little practice you start to recognize which thoughts you should entertain in your mind and which ones you shouldn't. The thought produces the emotion and the emotion creates the vibrational frequency, which will attract the matching vibration and experience from the universe. So there you are, if you have thoughts of the things you want, those are the things you will attract. The second part of the book is also very useful as it gives techniques on how to change our emotional states. It is also stated that if you have been feeling depressed, miserable or angry you can't jump from feeling that way to then feeling joy and gratitude because the vibrational frequency is very different. So there is a wide range of emotions in between that you can go through first in order to achieve a genuine state of happiness. Basically you work your way through from the bottom to the top in a gradual way, but believe me it really works! I also watched their posted videos from their seminars on youtube, which also helped. Happy manifesting!
