The basis behind this book is that we totally create our own realities, and whether we create a happy reality - a happy life - or a difficult one, is down to the way we think and what we focus our attention on. This book explains how our emotions are actually great indicators of where our thoughts are focused (and therefore, what we are creating in our lives). This book explains that we live in a world where like attracts like: where the better it gets, the better it gets - and obviously, the worse it gets, the worse it gets. But the good news is we are not helpless victims in a cold and indifferent world: however 'bad' our lives might seem at the moment, by deliberately turning our attention to what we want (as opposed to focusing on what we DON'T want) we can literally change our lives.
There are many books out there that explain about the law of attraction, but I believe this is one of the best in terms of its straightforward and comprehensive approach, with lots of 'real life' examples. Whether you are a newcomer to the idea of reality creation, or you are looking for greater understanding, I think this book will satisfy on all counts. Highly recommended.
