I started running on appalling shoes and i decided to buy these when i ran more then 20 miles a week. I was skeptical about buying them as i never tried them on but i found the sizes to be very similar to other shoes.
Looks: The shoes looks are typical of Asics, however i believe the blue version looks far better then the red ones. The reflective strips are great for running at night, as is the bright white color. The sole is extremely durable, i have been running with these shoes for over a month now and the sole hardly looks used at all.
Comfort: These are the most comfortable shoes i have ever worn, they fit in all the right places and have adequate amounts of padding everywhere. I have never experienced any discomfort whilst running in these shoes, and even cross country running is extremely comfortable. They allow great air flow, my feet never feel hot, and despite the fact they may not look waterproof, i have run in the rain on many occasions and my feet stay relatively dry.
Price: Amazon is offering a great price for these shoes, you will find it hard to beat this price, i found the exact same shoes for £95 in my local sports shop so buy them at this price whilst you can.

In conclusion, these shoes are great. If you are starting running then these shoes will definitely help you and if you run but using bad shoes then these will be a great alternative. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought my Asics 2130's in late March. As I have purchased two previous pairs of Asics, I had confidence of the fit and comfort of these shoes and they did not disappoint. These 2130's appear to be an older model of the 2100 series. Thus you're buying a terrific running shoe for a bargain price because it's not this year's model. I know as I have owned the 2110 in the past. I have run long-distances in these and used them in my last triathlon. Asics are always comfortable right away and, with this model, well-ventilated.
