I have a huge collection of cookery books - most of which I use for inspiration rather than religiously following a recipe. This book is an exception though! It's really well laid out with step by step instructions and colour photos so you know exactly what your dish should look like at every stage.
I've cooked several of the dishes and have not been disappointed!
The recipes are fresh and tasty and it makes Asian cooking seem easy.
