Great product. I have burned to a disk image on my laptop so I have it when I travel. Truth is, keeping practice going can be a challenge - and I find the 15 minute routine is a real encouragement, and the results are so different from doing nothing! Well put together, clear, well narrated. Recommended.

Really like this DVD. The variety of length in the 3 practises is good, explanations are clear and easy to follow with different levels suggested for the postures. I'm using this to practise in between my Ashtanga classes. It's not a replacement for the classes but a great supplement to them.
