5.0 out of 5 stars A view from a real insider. 22 Sep 2000
By A Customer
Format:Hardcover
Working for The Beatles during The Glory Years and eventually writing notes for the Anthology CDs, Derek Taylor knows whereof he writes. His charm and decency enabled him to paint a picture of his time with The Fabs which is a model of insight and love. Before he died he should have been forced to write more in this vein. As it is, there is an epitaph of sorts for/by him in the forthcoming Anthology book, which he worked on until his death from cancer. In this and his few other writings the reader will get the impression of a consumate PR man and an all-round good guy. Lovely book.
