Those unfamiliar with Moebius' production should be warned that this is not the original Arzak /Arzach (the name varies depending on the edition & translation) series of stories that started the saga, but the graphic novel that was intended as the first chapter of its comeback, but the project came to an abrupt stop due to Moebius' death after completing the first chapter.
This is that first chapter, which obviously leaves the story unfinished. Nevertheless, or maybe perhaps because of this reason, Arzak: The Watcher should not be missed by fans and lovers of sci-fi and imaginative, magical stories. This is the Spanish edition, in very large format (which makes the artwork look truly gorgeous). It's medium length also makes it relatively comfortable to handle and read despite it's tremendous page size. The translation could be a tad better, though: some concepts were not properly understood by the translator which results in unnecessary convolutions and overly unclear naming of characters and concepts (which, unfortunately, is frequently the case with Spanish translations, especially in complex and subtle narrations like Moebius' & Jodorowski's). As far as existing Spanish editions of this content, it's the best one - hence the 4 stars.
