Wonderful book. Many detailed photographs and ideas of projects that a beginning
student can take on. Detailed direction and varied prints, with good explaination

I usually have plenty of ideas of my own, but occasionally get a block. I have looked over this book and WOW! I was left wanting to try all kinds of new techniques. This book will be well worn by the time I'm done with it.

Lora Irish provides excellent pictures and patterns in this book, along with what tools are needed to complete a project. Patterns are great for pyrography images, and can be combined with carving to create unique works of art!
