This is an excellent and engaging overview of the field of sci-art. It is very comprehensive, although some artists are inevitably omitted, notably Kathleen Rogers and Liliane Lijn. It doesn't stint on the science- but you can get your head round it even if your science education stopped at GCSE (like mine did) as it is written in a very accessible way.
As an arts person who is fascinated by the crossovers and collaborations, as well as popular science I'd thoroughly recommend it. Down with the 'two cultures'!
