Beautiful! Very 'Alphonse Mucha Esque'!

The Art Nouveau Oracle is a beautiful deck. The cards with the women on them remind me of the work of Alphonse Mucha and are similar to the artwork in the 'Tarot of Art Nouveau' deck by Antonella Castelli and Los Scarbeo. So if you like one, you'll like the other. I expected all the images (or at least most) to be this way , as the images shown on Amazon are all featuring these women, in the 'Mucha' style. However there are many images in this 36 card oracle deck that feature other things, such as the bear, the snake, the tree, the sky, the garden...ect. At first I was disappointed,having purchased the deck because of the artwork. However I have since familiarized myself with the deck, and card meanings and find it works very well. I recommend it. And if you like the artwork style, check-out the 'Tarot Art Nouveau', and the 'Bach Flower Essence' cards. I own, love and recommend them all!

The most beautiful Lenormand deck I have ever seen!

I bought these cards 3 years ago because I couldn't resist the gorgeous 'Mucha' style artwork. At the time I had never done any sort of card readings before, and after some investigation I discovered they were actually a deck of Lenormand cards. I attended a beginner and advanced class with Sylvie Steinbach (author of The Secrets of the Lenormand Oracle, I definitely reccommend this book), and I have never looked back.
I have since begun collecting other Lenormand decks, but none of them appeal to me as much as this deck. The cards are slightly larger than regular playing cards (and other Lenormand decks), but much smaller and easier to handle than regular Tarot cards. The sybmols are timeless and really speak to you, easy to interpret but also incredibly in-depth and full of meaning. As this deck has a romantic flare to it, it is very good to use for relationship and love readings for friends or clients... however, I use it for all of my readings.
I have tried learning and reading Tarot cards, but nothing speaks to me as clearly as the Lenormand. It is an amazing deck to use, and surprisingly accurate too.
I adore the artwork by Antonella Castelli so much that I have also bought the Tarot Art Nouvea in both the regular and grand trumps sizes, and I am about to purchase the Bach Flower Inspiration cards.
