Weekend Siege Engineers,
This review is from: The Art of the Catapult: Build Greek Ballistae, Roman Onagers, English Trebuchets and More Ancient Artillery (Paperback)
This is an excelent book for all those that would like a fun way to spend a few hours building "siege weapons". If you are a fan of DYI, you'll enjoy the projects within.
Very detailed with a good historical background without being overly dense.

Interesting,
This review is from: The Art of the Catapult: Build Greek Ballistae, Roman Onagers, English Trebuchets and More Ancient Artillery (Paperback)
Nice historical survey, good historical anecdotes, some nice small scale models. I'd like to see a bit more depth in the physics or engineering, to make the book more complete.
