this item would have been lovely im sure i was so excited to get this for my nephew as he loves arsenal and it was a perfect gift, dont get it from barcode bargains though!!! mine never came for my 5 yr old nephew, i had sent correspondence trying to ensure it arrived for a week later than when i ordered it(as still some snow) even though delivery was 2-5 days max, but got no response, wrote again in last ditch hope to see if it was coming as i only wanted it if it was here for 11 and got response finally on 13 dec after i had told them i needed it latest 11 dec,after several emails (4, 10,23 dec)by 14 jan still had not arrived, once i was offered a refund (after i had asked for one albeit) but when it did not arrive after those 3 emails i gave up and wrote a fairly negative review but not terrible. I wish I had written a terrible one, i received several VERY unpleasant emails this afternoon, one which i felt implied if i changed my review(i was asked to change it thats for sure- he even told me how to do it!) then i would get my refund! this may not be the case but that was what I felt was implied. and several other unpleasantries which were then deemed polite because he had written 'many thanks' underneath!!! I got told off for being patronising and rude for using capitals at a few points for emphasis!! What barcode bargains forgets is more importantly rather than trying to get me to change my review and engage in a 'sniping game' if they had this much time on their hands they could have chased up my package or emailed to see if I had had it maybe once in this long time? also they forget that a little boy who really wanted this from his auntie didnt get it and instead of being sorry in the end, they really couldnt care less.
