The book pays special attention to school classes, churches, chapels, industry, transport and, of course, the popular annual regatta and carnival. What a delightful book. Like taking a journey back through time. I was engrossed and wished it would never end. It left me with a sense of pride for a part of Cornwall I have always loved. Look forward to the author's next publications
