Very clear and concise whilst easy to follow instructions. A very valuable guide to both students or people expressing an early interest in massage
Jointly offers text and diagrams, as some techniques slightly more difficult to verbally express than others.
I found it useful as a student to further grasp what was taught in both tutorial and experience, and would highly reccomend this as a must have within a holistic library for practical experience
