Synopsis

Biologically Engineered - Genetically Enhanced - Warrior, Incorporated has finally created the ultimate super-human, complete with great strength, telekinesis and telepathy in a small, compact body. However, what they did not count on was their new fighting machine becoming more human than they designed...or desired, complete with compassion for her fellow human beings, and falling in love. To top it off, now their new secret weapon has been stolen, reprogrammed, and is being used to destroy the very existence of the Terran way of life. With the help of her inner-self, Matti is going to have to overcome some daunting obstacles. But, whatever other qualities BEGEW created in their super-warrior, being easy to kill wasn't one of them, and the last thing you want to do...is piss off the Advanced Front Line Ultra Warrior!

2.0 out of 5 stars Ugh... 20 Aug 2008
By L. Galayda - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
This book is poorly written. The author has a very poor style, with almost no "descriptions". He tells you the story, he doesn't show it to you. In addition, it seems as though the book is about sex scenes and the rest is fluff just to support them. Do not buy this book. Not worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sci Fi hits new high 6 Jan 2006
By Pamella A. Seay - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This is a wonderfully creative, fast-paced novel. From the very first page, it held my attention (sometimes a bit wide-eyed, but then, I'm just a little shy!). A great sci-fi story of cyber-warriors and the ultimate of all warriors. From her creation, through her testing, to her most dificult test, you'll be rooting for her all the way. She's a superb warrior with fascinating talents that unfold as the book progresses. My only criticism is that it might have just a few too many sex scenes in it, but then, like I said, I'm just a little bit shy. Mark Hendricks' first novel is definitely a success. I can't wait to see the next one -- I hope it's a sequel so we can find out what happens next in the life of his ultimate warrior.
5.0 out of 5 stars Quick and interesting read 25 Mar 2008

This book is an interesting and entertaining read. Characters are well developed yet author is not too "wordy". He gives you just enough to get a good grasp on the characters, then develops them in the body of the work. Matti is a most likeable "killer", she is honest, trusting, tough, highly attuned to her surroundings; tough and sweet rolled into a superior killing machine.

This is a quick read, time just passes and I highly recommend this book & await a sequel.
