The definitive HR guide.
Armstrong's Handbook of Human Resource Management Practice Paperback – 3 Apr 2014

The book.
This is the definitive guide to HR. At the time of writing it is the most up to date version and includes many updates on HR law, international HR issues and newer sections on employee motivation. I consider it essential HR reading and itr should be on every HR professionals book shelves for reference.

The books audience.
The book is aimed at practicing HR professionals and those studying the subject at degree level. It is well written with plenty of real World examples and reports.

This is the most comprehensive account of modern HR practice and theory. It is a must have for all HR professionals and students of business and HR. The law section will also be of use to practitioners of HR law. An excellent reference.
