CotDPE is an expansion for Arkham Horror - the reprint from Fantasy Flight Games, not the original version. It's one of the small expansions - a small box and little more than a bunch of cards.
However, if you enjoy Arkham Horror and want to spice it up a bit, or add a little variety or introduce a change in plot lines, then CotDPE is well worth buying.
Each card in the expansion is marked with a symbol identifying it as coming from CotDPE so you can go back to vanilla Arkham Horror, but many people just bundle everything together.
If you can get this for under £20, add it to your basket and you won't regret it.
