I recieved 'are you psychic?' as a present and at first I didn't think it would interest me in the least because I had never really been interested in that kind of thing... When I actually read it though I was hooked, it is easy to follow, informative and fun. it covers a wide range of things from mediumship to meditation via crystal healing and I would reccomend it to anyone.

a psychics handbook which covers all aspects of the psychic phenomenon. each chapter is full of exercises to try yourself. it covers a huge amount of different aspects but cuts out the page-filling nonsense and just gives you the information. instead of buying a book on meditation, one on auras, one on crystals, one on colour therapy and one on angels, just buy this book which covers these and a lot more!
