Format:VHS Tape
I was only familiar with Ardal from "Father Ted." Here in the States that's the only TV show with him that airs. I bought this show and laughed out loud, something I rarely do. I was struck by the similarities in growing up, as he's Irish and I'm American. A very funny show, not at all offensive, and I want to see more!

This is a very good example of irish stand-up, I have a many differnt stand-up comedies and this is one of the best. The way he presents his material is classic Ardal, (he is very much similer to the character he plays in father ted) With his bewilderd look and just jokes he tells it's a must for any Dvd collection, or any fan of comedy.

This is an average, ordinary stand-up performance,it is in no way special and has very few "laugh out loud" moments. If you want good Irish stand-up get Dara O'Briain. If you want good Ardal O'hanlon, get Father Ted or My Hero.

Wake me up when its over
My wife and I watched 10 minutes of this and decided that it wasn't funny, I sat through the whole thing later on and it didn't get any better. Read more
