Children take part in an archaeological dig based on the actual Woodchester site in Gloucestershire. They can identify many artefacts using the built-in database but when they discover an unknown object they must travel back to Roman times to solve the mystery. Children explore a Roman villa and question the Romans and Britons who live and work there. In this way, the ancient world is made as accessible as the present.
